Urban pole | 023
This collaboration with Urbio focused on designing unique, modern urban light poles with a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation. The core concept centers around upcycling existing construction materials to create self-powered lighting structures that can illuminate urban or rural areas.
Each pole integrates solar panels to generate its own energy, making it completely self-sufficient and independent of the power grid. The design features two types of downward-facing lights, specifically engineered to minimize glare and reduce light pollution, aligning with principles of eco-conscious urban development. Downwards facing LED luminaries are energy sufficient and reduce the amount of uplight that contributes to light pollution.
This project reimagines public infrastructure through the lens of circular design, turning waste into function, and bringing light to communities with minimal environmental impact.

Urban Research Project | Tbilisi, Georgia
The Tbilisi Green Line explores a vision for transforming underused linear spaces into a network of green parks that reconnect neighborhoods and improve urban living in Tbilisi. The concept focuses on integrating landscape infrastructure into the city to support healthier, more vibrant, and socially connected communities.
The research investigates strategies for revitalizing pre-industrial zones and under-resourced urban areas through adaptive reuse and sustainable development. By activating overlooked corridors, the project proposes new public spaces that strengthen both environmental resilience and community life.
The work is presented in a limited-edition publication outlining the research, methodologies, and design strategies for a greener future in Tbilisi.
